How LWARE Manufactures Leather Goods
LWARE pays attention to every detail in the production process. The emphasis on each subdivision step can ensure product quality from the source.
Step 1
Cutting

Step 2
Swing
When sewing, the technical requirements are relatively high. That’s why sewing is a very important leather goods processing process.
According to different style requirements, workers combine leather pieces into leather goods for technical sewing. In this step, we must consider the seam pattern and effect, machines or equipment, and even small tools.
Step 3
Embelishment
The straps of the bags or other leather goods may be made of different materials and can be removable or not. We often have chain straps and straps made of the same leather, which was used to create the body of the bag.
If the strap is made of a metal chain, the chain is usually attached to a metal ring. If the strap is made of leather, we usually cut two identical, long pieces, which are folded over one another and stitched together.
Step 4
Quality Inspection
Quality control is a very necessary measure to ensure the quality of leather goods in the entire process. LWARE has professional QA team to make sure all finished products can meet clients’ needs.
The sewing lines of high-quality leather goods should be smooth, the seam allowance is uniform and not skewed, the corners should not be wrinkled, and the leather does not break or wear.
Step 5
Post Processing
Post-processing, including packaging, storage, and delivery, is the last process in the entire production process.
The operator puts each piece into a plastic bag according to the packaging process requirements and then allocates the packing according to the quantity on the packing list.

Use leather formaldehyde content testing equipment to check whether the content exceeds the standard.
Azo Dyes Test
Test the content of azo dyes in leather to ensure that it’s within the allowable range.
Impact Resistance Test
Ensure that the leather goods have excellent impact resistance and can protect the user’s objects.
Seam Strength Test
Confirm that the seam strength meets the standard, and the products won’t rupture at the suture during use.
Colorfastness Test
Use linear crock meter to test the colorfastness of leather goods to ensure their beauty during use.
Impact Resistance Test
Ensure that the leather goods have excellent impact resistance and can protect the user’s objects.
